Good morning, Tampa. Yet another balcony shot. At least it’s a different angle.

Deer Tick and other bands in Curtis Hixon in Downtown Tampa were amazing today. Good to see this going on in our neighborhood. Crusty old Trampa is gettin’ all grow’d up.
Looking up the side of the building having a hard time thinking of something to shoot.

We fished out our best gear to mix with the top cut of Tampa society for the Oscars at Tampa Theatre. Brian Schaefer joined us with his bondage whip and general lady charm to spice up the night on the red carpet. Check the footage here.
Took a tour of Tampa Theater during lunch the other day. The amount of detail from floor to ceiling in there is off the charts. It’s nice to see the staff so hyped on telling the story of the place, too.
Rolled through University of Tampa and downtown Tampa, including a stop at my favorite little crusty skate spot, Turtle Ditch. These were all shot with the Nikon D3S.
Balcony breakfast at 1pm. It’s morning all day today.

Welcome to downtown Tampa, Taco Bus! The grand opening was today and I stopped by for lunch.

We got there a little late…
Took a stroll through the Cigar City Brewery today in Tampa. They’re making some tasty sauce in this little warehouse off Dale Mabry. The local beer nerd tells you all kinds of random facts. This place was started just a few years ago in 2009.
I rolled through all around downtown Tampa on a cruiser board with the D3S tonight. Here are a few snaps from along the way.
I attached this thing to the nose of my skateboard and pushed around through the neighborhood here. I guess it doesn’t attach too well on a scraped up nose. It broke off and took a tumble on a boardslide at the bus bench ledges. The case is all banged up but the camera still works fine. Back to the drawing board for now.
